Shipping
Most orders will ship within 2-4 business days from our California studio. Once shipped, your package should take anywhere from 2-6 business days to arrive, depending on where you live.
*Please note that we do not ship to PO Boxes at this time.
Our shipping charges are as follows:
- Flat rate domestic shipping of $9.00 on orders below $75.00
- Complimentary UPS Ground shipping on orders of $75.00 or more.
On rare occasions, extremely large or heavy packages may require additional shipping charges.
Please note that all orders over $250 will be sent UPS Signature Required. This includes separate orders going to a singular address.
Amayori is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
International Shipping:
Canada & Mexico: Shipping to Canada and Mexico via UPS $35.00 and above.
Outside of the US, Mexico & Canada: We ship outside the US & Canada via UPS, or DHL beginning at $45.00*
We do not ship to the following countries at this time: Russia, Spain, North Korea, Ukraine, Iran, Iraq, Cuba, Somalia, Yemen, Italy, Turkey, and Syria.

Please note that shipping charges do not include international duties or customs. All applicable taxes and duties will be paid by the customer and are due to the carrier. Contact the customs office in your destination country for information about any applicable duties or taxes. Please note that customs clearance speed is dependent on the country being shipped to.
No returns or refunds will be issued due to customs delays or holds beyond our control, or for unclaimed packages.
Return Policy:
Bath and Body Care Products:
Due to the custom-made, intimate, personal nature of our products and the subjective nature of fragrance and aromatherapy, we do not offer returns or exchanges on opened products. Unopened products may be exchanged for store credit if we are notified within five business days. If you are unsure on which fragrance to choose, we highly suggest ordering the
Fragrance Sample Set.
Japanese Bathing Accessories, Yukata Robes, Diffusers, and Books: All products outside of the Amayori line can be exchanged for store credit only.
Please contact us within 5 business days of receipt of your order. All products must be returned to us in unused, salable condition with all original packaging and tags in place. Please note that if there are any signs of use, stains, or smells such as perfume, smoke, food, etc., we will not honor the exchange.
